I am a Qualified Kinesiologist, Bach Flower Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner and Celebrant

My work is supporting people and raising their energy when their systems have been compromised, for whatever reason.

Supporting yourself naturally is how it has been done over the centuries and is again an increasing area as people search for natural alternatives.

The areas I practice in can be used individually or combined to make your journey forward perfect for you…

I teach Reiki in a relaxed setting to small groups or one to one sessions.

Level 1 teaches you the principles and responsibilities of Reiki and attunes you to the energy. This is taught primarily for treating yourself and also friends and family (even pets!) there is a time frame of 3 months before moving to Level 2.

Level 2 is the Practitioner Level and also teaches you the ancient Japanese symbols. These symbols are used for absentee healing. There is a time frame of 6 months before moving on to Reiki Master.

Master Reiki Practitioner. This level Is purely for those seeking to work on self development

I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner supporting people with Natural Bach Flower Therapies.

Rebalancing your bodies systems which in turn can raise your energy.

I enjoy working with people. I have worked in a customer focussed industry for 43 years.

I love supporting people on their journey and am always happy to answer questions

I love teaching small groups as you can really get to know people. Once you have completed any Reiki course with me, I am there for ongoing support and guidance. I also run Reiki Tools courses and Reiki shares.

Reiki shares are fantastic..... It's a chance for all of my students to get together. It's a great way for Practitioners to receive a Reiki treatment.
