I have three children and first became interested in Homeopathy whilst pregnant with my first child. I was looking for an alternative to conventional medicine and wanted to ensure that any medication I might need to take would be safe for both myself and my baby. After my son had a major reaction to his first vaccinations, I seriously began to investigate the Homeopathic alternatives. In 2008 I won the highly recommended award in the Health section of the best of Crawley Awards. In 2009, I won an Inspiring Excellence Award for the best of East Grinstead awards. In 2010 I was awarded 4th Most Loved Business in Crawley, and a year later in 2011 I was awarded the 2nd Most Loved Business in Crawley. Both from the BEST OF '14 days of love Business Awards.' We opened Fountain Therapies - a Holistic & Wellness Centre in Handcross, West Sussex in 2014. I have completed the necessary academic and clinical training in Homeopathy and qualified from the South East College of Homeopathy in 2007. Homeopathy works alongside conventional medicine. In 2018 I qualified as a Crystal Therapist. I also quailfied as an Ear Candling Practitioner.

When people enter Fountain Therapies, they are given a warm welcome and always offered a beverage. Registration details are completed, whilst they are narrating their symptoms, I am using my skills that I have developed over the years in general life and Homeopathy. I am an intuitive practitioner too. The patient is given remedies after I have repertorized the case. Follow up consultations are arranged. A consultation is done and Reiki is explained to the patient. Soft music is playing, subtle lighting is in the room, and warm. The person is fully clothed and a blanket is placed over them. Occasionally people have fallen asleep as they are so relaxed. I use a dowswer and crystals to realign the chakras, and enhance the vitality of the person. Ear candling, the therapy room is again warm, soft music and subtle lighting. A brief consultation is carried out. The person lies down on the therapy couch and a blanket is placed over them. The candle is gently placed in the ear hole and lit at the other end. OVer a period of time the candle burns down from the top of the cyclindrical candle (it doesn't and certainly isn't like a church candle as some people think it is). This causes a vacumn effect and can pull out any debris or wax. PLEASE NOTE if you have grommets or an ear infection or perforated ear drum, this treatment isn't for you. In the case of an ear infection you must see your GP. After the ear infection has cleared up then you can of course have ear candling. Crystal Therapy - A consultation is done first and then the person lies down on the therapy couch with a blanket is placed over them. Crystals are placed in a layout Pattern and healing takes place using the power of crystals.
