Background & Relationship Therapy Qualifications

I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling, with training grounded in trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity, and relational depth. My approach draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor support to each client's unique needs and pace.

I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), committed to ethical, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
