About me

There are times when you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel as difficult as they do. Reaching out for support is not always easy, but it can be the beginning of a meaningful shift.

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where we can begin to make sense of your experience together.

I am a registered and experienced Chartered Psychologist and Systemic-Relational Psychotherapist offering therapy in London and online. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low mood and life transitions.

You may find that sometimes it can be hard to put into words what is wrong—only a sense that something does not feel quite right. You may be facing challenges in your relationships, feeling the impact of stress at work, or going through a period of change that feels difficult to navigate alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand these experiences in a way that feels more manageable.

I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental environment where we can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and grounded in systemic- relational therapy. This means we will look not only at your thoughts and feelings, but also at the relationships, contexts and patterns that may be shaping your current difficulties.

I have 20 years of experience across clinical, social and organisational settings, and I bring an understanding of both personal and work-related stress, including burnout and professional pressures. I also offer bilingual therapy in English and Italian, and I have experience supporting international and multicultural clients, including those adjusting to life in a new country or navigating cross-cultural identities.

I work with adults and couples facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

• Anxiety and stress

• Relationship and communication difficulties

• Separation and divorce

• Loss and bereavement

• Work-related stress and burnout

• Life transitions and decision-making

• Low self-esteem and self-confidence

• Depression

• Body image issues

• Addictions

• Psychosexual concerns

• Motivation and career development

• Parenting and family conflicts

Whether you are going through a specific difficulty or simply feel that things are not as they should be, therapy can help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and develop new ways of moving forward.

If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch. I offer an initial consultation where we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and consider whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

COUNSELLING AND THERAPY

Since 2006, before establishing my private practice, I gained extensive experience in public healthcare settings — including work in University Hospitals and Family and Immigration Advisory Centres. I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of cultural, social, and professional backgrounds.

These experiences have reinforced my belief that diversity is a source of insight, resilience, and strength.

In therapy, I create a space where every client feels seen, heard, and respected.

By valuing each person’s unique identity and experiences, we explore how culture, relationships, and life circumstances shape emotions, choices, and connections — and uncover new paths for understanding, growth, and fulfillment.

WORK AND ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

For more than eight years, I worked within the field of work and organisational psychology, supporting individuals and teams in developing self-awareness, professional confidence, and emotional balance in the workplace.

My experience includes helping people navigate career transitions, manage stress, and strengthen motivation, leadership, and collaboration.

This background has enriched my therapeutic practice, allowing me to integrate an understanding of professional dynamics, workplace relationships, and the challenges of maintaining well-being in demanding environments.

Specialisms

SUPPORTING YOU - INDIVIDUALLY AND TOGETHER

Whether you’re seeking therapy as an INDIVIDUAL or as a COUPLE, my role is to support you in navigating life’s challenges and transitions with compassion and professional insight.

For INDIVIDUALS.

Therapy can be dedicated space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences with clarity and perspective, process emotional pain, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

For COUPLES.

Relationships can bring deep connection — but also conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. Therapy provides a safe space to reconnect, improve communication, and rediscover intimacy and trust.

Life’s journey is filled with moments of joy, challenge, and change.

There are times when facing these alone can feel overwhelming — and seeking support is a meaningful and courageous step.

My Approach

EMBRACING CHANGE AND SELF-AWARENESS

Therapy is a COLLABORATIVE PROCESS guided by professional expertise and shaped by your unique needs, pace, and goals.

Our work together starts with an open conversation about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.

Each session provides a confidential, supportive setting where you can:

- REFLECT on your experiences

- EXPLORE your inner world safely and at your own pace

- GAIN insight into patterns that shape your life and relationships

Over time, the process can support you to:

- UNDERSTAND the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships

- DEVELOP new perspectives and strategies to manage challenges

- BUILD confidence and resilience when facing change or uncertainty

- STRENGTHEN communication and connection with yourself and others

- CREATE a greater sense of direction, balance, and fulfillment in your life.

A SYSTEMIC-RELATIONAL PERSPECTIVE

My approach is grounded in systemic–relational therapy, which considers each person within the wider context of their relationships, environment, and personal history.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

By understanding these dynamics, therapy can help you gain new perspective, develop resilience, and move toward greater balance and self-awareness.

EVERY THERAPEUTIC JOURNEY IS UNIQUE.

My role is to guide and support you as you gain clarity, uncover new perspectives, and build the emotional tools to face life’s challenges with confidence and intention.
