I am an experienced and qualified therapist who has worked with a wide variety of clients. I am a relationship therapist/coach who works with a couple or individuals to help them with relationship issues and difficulties. I also work with female clients around sexual issues and menopause. I am based in Swansea, however location is not important if a client wishes to have online therapy sessions.

I am a very open and relaxed therapist who aims to provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment for you to discuss your issues and to obtain help and support. Whilst most of the therapy is 'talking', I also provide questionnaires and other information so that my clients can work between therapy sessions. There is nothing I haven't heard before and you can speak completely candidly.
