Sometimes we search for a way forward and find ourselves stuck in familiar patterns. Psychotherapy is about movement: towards clarity, authenticity, and the life you want to live. I'm happy to walk that path with you!
Welcome to my profile!
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires ????, lived in Vienna ????, and now call London ???? home. Along the way, I've supported people facing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, and life transitions like expatriation, divorce, or career shifts. I also worked in public mental health with children, adolescents, families, and women who've experienced deep trauma and gender-based violence.
What shapes me as a therapist? I've experienced major life changes since childhood. I've immigrated, adapted, redefined myself more than once, and spent some years in HR before dedicating myself fully to psychotherapy and career coaching. With 9+ years of clinical experience, both in-person and online, I bring real-world understanding and deep therapeutic presence to our work together.
I approach all my work through a culturally-sensitive, gender- and diversity-informed lens, recognizing the unique contexts and identities that shape each person's experience. I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative process, and I'm here to listen and walk alongside you as you build the tools to meet challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
I practise as an integrative psychotherapist, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. This means I don't fit people into rigid boxes or models. Instead, I view each client as unique, with their own rhythms, needs, and story, and I adapt our work accordingly.
In therapy, we might explore early relationships and how they shaped your present patterns. We might pay close attention to your inner dialogue, your automatic thoughts, and the roles you've taken on—sometimes without even realising it. We may gently challenge your inner critic, reconnect you with your emotional world, or build concrete skills like boundary-setting, assertive communication, and anxiety regulation.
At times, our work may feel dynamic and clarifying. At others, we may slow down and stay close to something tender or unresolved. I strive to offer a space where you feel seen, met, and empowered, where we can build a more congruent and connected sense of self together. ??
SESSIONS DETAILS
?? Interview Session
In our first session(s), I'll ask more questions than usual to get a fuller picture of your story, your struggles, and what brings you to therapy now. I'll also share a bit about myself and my therapeutic approach—so you know who you're speaking with and how I work. This stage helps us get a sense of whether we're a good fit for the journey ahead.
??? Ongoing Sessions
As we move forward, we'll begin to build a therapeutic relationship, a safe and supportive space that allows for healing and self-discovery. At your pace, we'll walk together into unknown territory, where you may uncover new parts of yourself and find direction from within.
Psychotherapy is, at its core, about movement: movement toward clarity, toward connection, and toward a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.
Some sessions may feel practical and focused, like learning to set boundaries or manage anxiety. Others may be slower and more reflective, as we explore early relational dynamics and the emotional patterns you might be reenacting today.
?? Collaboration
Therapy with me is a partnership. I bring clinical experience and tools; you bring your insight and lived experience. Together, we shape a space that honours your needs, fosters growth, and supports you in living with more authenticity, freedom, and choice.
