I am trained in psychodynamic counselling, brief focused solution therapy, and motivational interviewing, combining professional insight with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. I have extensive experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and have led multidisciplinary teams supporting families at critical moments.
