About me

I’m a Specialist Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC and BPS, with over a decade of experience across the NHS and private practice. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering assessment, formulation, and therapy across a range of needs.

Maybe things may have felt stuck, confusing, or like they weren’t going anywhere - but that doesn’t mean they always will. My focus is on helping people make sense of their experiences - understanding both strengths and challenges - and finding ways to navigate everyday life with greater clarity and confidence.

With the right support, what once felt overwhelming can start to feel more manageable, and change becomes something you can actually begin to experience, not just hope for.

My Approach

As a Clinical Psychologist, I have trained across a wide range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to draw on evidence-based interventions that are adapted to you as an individual.

My approach is not about fitting people into a particular model or diagnosis. Instead, I’m interested in understanding how your difficulties have developed, what they mean within the context of your life, and what is likely to make a meaningful difference. I work collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring therapy to your needs, goals, and circumstances rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
