I'm an Award Winning Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I help people who are experiencing physical or emotional issues that are causing them to feel ‘stuck' I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks in my own life and I'm very passionate about helping people to understand that life does not have to be that way. I was also diagnosed with ADHD very recently and have lots of experience working with neurodivergence, including Autism, PDA, Asperger's and Dyspraxia. There are not many issues that my clients experience that I haven't faced myself, so I understand what it's like to be where you are. I also understand how to change it.

I work in a solution focused way, which means we do not have to unpick the past or talk about trauma in detail. Often, my clients are not sure why they are feeling the way they do and that's ok! I'm here to help you to identify where you want to be, how you want to be living your life and help you find your inner resources to make those changes subconsciously and permanently. Your first appointment with me is a completely free of charge initial consultation, that's an opportunity for us to have a chat about what's happening with you. I explain how I work and how hypnotherapy works. It's also an opportunity for you to ensure that you feel comfortable with me and my clinical environment before committing to any sessions.
