I work with adult clients addressing a wide range of issues including but not exclusively, anxiety, depression, work related stress, grief, relationships, divorce, life coaching.
My Approach
I am a relational based Integrative Psychotherapist who will provide you with a safe, non judgmental space to explore whatever you wish to bring. The essence of my work is to help you see and explore the choices you have. We can become stuck, repeating what we have always done before because we are not aware we have choices. I can help you understand why you are in a place you may not want to be and what you could do differently.
