I am a Certified Rolfer and a Certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner. I am also a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapist and a Level III Rossiter Stretching Coach. I have trained in Fascia Stretch Therapy in Arizona at the Stretch to Win Institute with Chris and Ann Frederick, the founders of the technique. I am passionate about the work that I do and enjoy helping people to find solutions to their pain and resolve health issues generally.

I specialise in Rolfing Structural Integration, Fascia Stretch Therapy and Rossiter Stretching.

My treatment approach is eclectic, bringing together all the training I have done into one tailor made treatment for the client I am working with. Structural Integration has had a reputation for being painful, but this is not the case now and it doesn't need to be.
