Hi, I am a BACP registered counsellor, and COSRT accredited Sex & Relationship therapist. I offer counselling for a wide range of issues: loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, low confidence or self esteem, health or body issues. Sometimes the issues might be broader, for example decision making, a dissatisfaction with life, feeling like you are out of control, or just wanting to make sense of something.

I worked as a sex therapist for the NHS for many years and now privately. This means that I work with people who have any kinds of sexual difficulties or have issues that they would like to explore around sex. I see men, women, and couples. I also see couples to explore any issues within the relationship apart from sex.

I have a keen interest in gender & sexual diversity, working extensively with Trans & gender non conforming clients, & Kink. I also embrace neurodivergence.

I have over 15 years experience in sexual health, HIV, and have a wealth of experience working with LGBT community, sexual compulsion, drug use, self esteem, and loss.

I have over 18 years experience working in an NHS therapeutic role, and in private practice. I have worked within health promotion for 2 decades and also have experience training and teaching. I have spoken at international events, and worked within MSM prevention for many years.

Abuse, assault, affairs and betrayal, anger, bereavement, cancer, depression, drug use, anxiety, gender, HIV, internet addiction, low confidence, low self esteem, relationship issues, self harm, separation and divorce, sex compulsion, sexuality, sexual difficulties, stress, trauma.
