I am able to share a variety of approaches of hands on healing and tailor work to the individual. Privileged to study with some wonderful teachers, foremost i honour the teacher within you and within me from where i ever am reminded we begin. I began life dancing both structured dance and more spontaneous dance practices and music, and periods of dedicated practice of qi gong and yoga. My work and study in the field of hands on complementary medicine remains ongoing.

Reflexology - 1 year diploma (1995) Shiatsu - 3 year diploma (2000), post-grad trainings and 4 years teaching assistant experience. Seiki-Shiatsu

Mindful awareness is at the heart of what i bring to my practice, in particular awareness of the breath. The work that i offer is supported by education in Zen Shiatsu, Holistic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, dance and passion for the natural world. The practice of Seiki, as brought to the west by Master Akinobu Kishi, is a practice i particularly love and hope to be able to share more. Seiki is a clothes on therapy akin to Shiatsu working intentionally with and through observation of movement of breath within the body, serving to improve postural and general self awareness. My intention is not only to offer hands on healing but also to empower you in your day to day life.
