Accessing Acupuncture can be a positive step to relieving your symptoms and feeling better, whilst also taking a proactive step in understanding your own health. In today's fast paced world where we are expected to juggle so many things at once, we tend not to give ourselves time to replenish, nourish and heal. This is when physical and emotional health can suffer and symptoms may appear. I offer a unique approach of Acupuncture combining my skills to clients for all kinds of health issues such as neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches and migraine, stress, depression and anxiety. Sometimes, clients just want to relax, be heard and take time out to wind down from their busy lives. I also offer a full support system using acupuncture, shiatsu and fertility coaching for women who are trying to conceive naturally, or through IVF and pregnancy, all the way through to birth preparation workshops. Another layer to my work is teaching menstrual cycle awareness to women during any life phase, but with a particular focus around perimenopause and menopause. My aim is to support women through the biological changes they are experiencing with acupuncture; an especially useful toolkit for when HRT isn't appropriate, and to also offer menopause mentoring to fully support the spiritual, emotional and psychological aspects to menopause. This work can be offered through different means of support; acupuncture, mentoring and group work through facilitating sacred women's circles.

I began my private practice in Leeds 2002 and over the years have founded and managed two successful multidisciplinary clinics in West Yorkshire. During my career, I have studied Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Acupuncture and Fertility Coaching and worked in private, corporate and charity organisations. In 2009, I became Consultant Therapist and Manager to Leeds Wellbeing Centre; a charity project that offered complementary therapies and counselling to vulnerable adults, which ran successfully for over 4 years. My clinics are in Keighley and Saltaire, West Yorkshire. My interest in complementary health originates from my curiosity of how the body works, the far east, indigenous cultures and people! I love the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. I bring support and care to my treatments to help raise awareness of a person's own health and wellbeing through ancient and modern bodywork techniques, using one of or a combination of all my therapy modalities to suit each individual.
