About me

When I qualified in Reflexology 1995 I really did not realise how effective reflexology could be. The experience I have had has led me to feel honoured that I have and am still able to help people in the way they may need. I have met so many lovely people many of which have become very good friends over the years. On my website you can learn about Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Shiatsu Massage and Auricular Therapy sessions I offer and book your appointment with me. I used to have a shop in Southbourne for 3 years in 1996 and have since been working from home in my cosy warm summer house in the garden. It has a lovely healing energy that has built up over the last 25years. I tend to look at everyone as a whole, physically, emotional and mentally. You cannot heal one without the other. I do tend to mix my treatments according to your needs. Reflexology enables me to assess what may be required for your treatments. Everyone is unique. And I treat you as such. Experience

I qualified as a reflexologist in 1995 and registered with the AOR and have been practising since. I have added more skills, I qualified as a facial reflexologist in 2011 and at time of writing am the only Sorensensistemâ„¢ Facial Reflexologist in the whole of Dorset. When I trained in Shiatsu Massage in 1996 this was a natural progress as this deals with acupressure points all over the body. Facial Reflexology is the same, points on the face that connect with organs and glands in the body as with Auricular ear treatments. I'm also trained in Shiatsu over a period of 5 years starting in 1996. I have a diploma in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Care which I received in 2011. I also completed a level one in Korean Auricular Therapy in 2012. I have attended many other courses in the last 20 years but have chosen to specialise in the above therapies bringing in other facets that I have learnt over the years.
