I have many years of experience in supporting clients making realistic changes, my approach is personalised. I take time to really understand what is the client need and plan each session to give what's most needed to help moving forward.
I believe it's important to build mutual respect and trust giving clear information on what I can do to help and similarly if I cannot help I will offer advice on what other steps might be useful for the individual situation.
I believe in energy exchange, Dana and Seva{in Sanskrit the word means selfless service}.
