About me

I am a yoga trainer and mentor specialising in Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for Menopause. I have been teaching yoga since 2008 and my twin passions are yoga and education. I work holistically with people affected by cancer in a one to one and group setting. I also offer menopause support.

YA 200 and 500 hrs training. Training for Yoga for Cancer, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga. Mindfulness. SYT accreditation (Senior Yoga Teacher and TrainerPro Trainer with Yoga Alliance Professionals),

My Approach

I offer one to one yoga and mindfulness programmes to people affected by cancer. Programmes range from four weeks to 12 months and include yoga therapy, sound therapy, mindfulness for health and nutrition offered by my associate nutritional therapist.
