Rebecca Murphy

I have over 25 years of experience as a bodywork therapist. I have professional qualifications in Massage Therapy, Healing, Connective Tissue Therapy, Body Psychotherapy, Postural Integration / Deep Tissue, Yoga of Stillness, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

I also have 14 years of experience in the world of beauty retail which includes extensive training and experience in skincare, skin health, and facials. My experience in retail also includes working with international distributors and sales teams across the world both in person and online, in sales and also as a brand and product trainer.

My passion is combining my skills to support others to restore and maintain optimum health & wellbeing and a way of life that is full of purpose, joy and vitality.

My love of people fuels my work along with an awe of the human body as a true reflection of how we are living within it, how we are feeling, and how it offers us evolution and growth through showing us where we have gone off track. It is a joy and honour to support people to heal the body through reconnection and to regain their natural aliveness and joy.

I share life with my husband Christopher and continuously learn and grow within our marriage, drawing enrichment and joy from our evolution and experiences. The invaluable support and awareness gained from this relationship lives within me and comes with me into life, and naturally into my bodywork practice for the support of others.

My own connection with my body has been developed over many years and supports me as an invaluable guide through life.

My work offers a deepening of awareness in order to support you to be empowered to heal. The modalities that I offer are physical bodywork modalities, and they can be received as such, but the focus is on the whole person and your emotional and mental health, and bringing awareness to the way you are living within your body.
