Ari Legrady
Ayurveda Practitioner in London

I'm Ari, a young, friendly man with bright spirit and warm heart. I live my days in the silence, peace and strength of meditation and yoga, I invite you to join me in this state of harmony during a massage session.

Background & Ayurveda Qualifications

I've been practising the art of Ayurvedic massage since April 2010.

I was learning from an authentic Indian master, a doctor of Ayurveda. In the first three years of my journey I was employed in 4 and 5 star hotels, where I was able to build a strong, deep familiarity with the method through performing more than two thousand massage sessions with great success.
Then I decided to upgrade: I became an independent therapist to provide my treatments in my own system.

I've been living in London since 2013 and helping Londoners to get rid of stress of the metropolis and to find harmony and strength again.

My Specialisms

The term Ayurveda means "Knowledge of Longevity" in Sanskrit. This ancient treasure is one of the oldest health care systems on planet earth: it originated in India around 6000 years ago. These days it's well recognized all over the world as an extremely effective method when it comes to attaining great health overall, general well-being and longevity.
It's based on a healthy lifestyle and treats the whole human being, not only symptoms. As a holistic health system it comprises proper diet, massage, detoxification, herbal remedies and meditation.
One of the most important methods of Ayurveda is massage.
Here are some benefits you can achieve with it:

It soothes and eases deeply all the muscles of your body.
It relaxes your mind and eliminates stress.
It rejuvenates you and increases your vitality.
It reduces physical and mental fatigue.
It improves your circulation.
It detoxifies your body.
It boosts the effectiveness of your immune system.
It increases your body awareness.
It increases your sexual power.
It promotes alertness throughout the day.
It provides healthy, glowing skin.
It promotes a better night's sleep.

Approach to Ayurveda & How I Work

During Abhyanga, the Ayurvedic full body massage, I apply 100% natural, organic, warmed herbal oil and hundreds of specific movements throughout your body for releasing the tension from all your muscles.
If you feel like relaxing and rejuvenating and prefer a soft, gentle pressure without experiencing any pain, this is the perfect choice!
Or do you need a very strong, deep tissue reaching massage because you are suffering from stiff or painful muscles? Trust me, I can help you with that as well!
The massage is tailor-made for you: it provides your body with what it needs for balance and well-being.

My philosophy is that the only proper approach in massage therapy is providing a complete body treatment. That's why I never perform partial massages.
I offer full body treatments for reasonable prices.
70 minutes is the shortest duration which lets me perform all the essentials.
In longer sessions I'm able to apply more techniques, these are more detailed, more high-end treatments.
When we finish your session, you will feel like a reborn, completely new person!
