Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I am a person centred counsellor. This means I aim to focus my time and attention on you and what you want to talk about. I am passionate, and empathetic and believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is key. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) I abide by their ethical framework and have experience in a range of issues.
I mostly work with talking therapies but can also work creatively with both children and adults using drawing, painting, music, sand play, writing if you feel comfortable trying these techniques.
