Hi, I'm Lindsay and I am a qualified Counsellor covering Bradford, Halifax and surrounding areas. I also offer counselling remotely anywhere in the UK or on the telephone.

Finding the right therapist is important, therefore I offer a free introductory telephone call which will give you the opportunity to ensure I am the right counsellor for you.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Counselling Professionals, which includes having regular clinical supervision and CPD.

I have worked for charities and in mental health for many years, so I have extensive experience in caring and listening roles. I am experienced in supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and communities, who have experienced personal difficulties in their lives.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I work as a Person Centred Counsellor which means I will be there with you to share your counselling journey and to listen to you with care, warmth and empathy. It takes strength and courage to recognise you need help and I will offer a non-judgmental, safe space for us to work through your issues together.
