Background & Emotional Freedom Technique Qualifications

I have been a therapist for many years and studied to become an EFT practitioner in 2023. I love EFT as its gentle yet so effective, it can cover a broad range of issues from Phobias, PTSD to Eating Disorders.

My Specialisms

I hold space for clients to work through issues that may have arrisen throughout their life. These issues can be holding someone back from moving forward and living their true potential.
I am trauma trained in EFT and as such enjoy working with clients through past trauma moving them from a state of fight or flight to feeling calmer and more focused.

Approach to Emotional Freedom Technique & How I Work

I work with each client individually, EFT is not a talk therapy so as such does not require a client to relive any trauma they may have experienced. I work slowly and methodically with each client at a rate suitable for their individual needs.

Additional Rate Information

The rate above can be extended or shortened in terms of time, so for example £60 for 1.5 hours. I am also happy to discuss low income/benefit individuals who I will be happy to do for smaller fee, please just contact me with your individual requirements. There is a discount where you get 6 treatments for the price of 5 if a course of treatments is suitable for you. Payment will need to be paid upfront before any sessions commence.
