Sarah Pregnall is a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness Teacher & Coach.

She began her 15-year career working in Learning and Development functions for large corporates spending the final 2 years of her career working solely with Leadership level. She is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and coach.

Sarah's own experience with anxiety led her to explore Mindfulness in a more meaningful way. She has been practicing Mindfulness since 2015.

Background & Mindfulness Qualifications

Sarah's reputable career in Learning and development spans over 15 years working inside some of the UK's top organisations and internationally as a Learning Consultant. Training and coaching at a senior level in the later stages of her career.

Sarah trained for almost 2 years with 'Breathworks' to become a Mindfulness Teacher and Coach. Having practiced Mindfulness for over 10 years and teaching for 2 years her coaching is grounded in experience.

Sarah believes that creating a space for someone to truly be themselves is paramount and she prides herself on her ability to put people at ease, listening in a global way and always being authentic. She is available for online and face to face sessions for both private clients and businesses.
