Melody Mackeown Nutritional Therapy

Melody Mackeown
Nutritional Therapist in London

My name is Melody and I am a Nutritional Therapist, specialising in nutrition and diet coaching to help improve the symptoms of your gut issues, including Acid Reflux, Celiac Disease, H.Pylori infection, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis and much more.

In addition, I have a unique experience supporting clients with Parkinson's Disease, where constipation is a common issue as well as other Neurological conditions.

As a result of having experienced first-hand the anguish of having a close family member with conventionally unexplained distressing digestive symptoms (daily reflux, nausea and abdominal pain), with no relief in sight, I undertook extensive research of my own.

With the dietary steps and nutritional interventions I helped them implement, it resulted in a complete resolution and restoration of my son's health.

Ever since then, I have wondered how many other people are out there suffering needless pain and digestive discomfort, when there are simple solutions at hand that don't involve faddy or difficult diets and medications (although these are sometimes necessary).

Since then, it became a true calling for me and I have worked with 100s of clients to help them find effective solutions through nutritional coaching to improve the symptoms of their gut issues.

How I work

Having lasting changes takes time, so I work in packages, rather than one-off sessions, to ensure you get the outcomes you seek.

We will work together to create simple, manageable changes without being restrictive, plus motivation, check-ins and ongoing support to achieve your goals. I will meet you where you are right now and encourage you to move forward one step at a time.

My clients report a renewed sense of well-being, digestive comfort, improved confidence when eating foods, more energy, better mood and less brain fog.

The food you eat matters more than you think, and being coached to change your habits brings life-changing results.

My packages last a minimum of 3 months because this is how long it takes for your gut to start to heal, even if you see symptom improvement within days or weeks.

Services I offer

I work with people who are over 18 and are fed up with the conflicting diet information they have read online and what supplements might help them.

If you are confused about what foods you should eat and are struggling with stomach pain, bloating, reflux, diarrhoea or constipation, you are in the right place. If you've lost confidence that you can sort this out yourself, I can help you regain a life free of pain and debilitating digestive symptoms and to begin to enjoy your day to day life without constant worry.

I offer 1-2-1 packages, including:
- An initial 60- 75 minute comprehensive health review and assessment
- Personalised health plans including recipes
- Three further 30 minute appointments
- Supplement plans
- Testing recommendations

We will meet up on a regular basis (2-4 weeks) where we can check in on progress, any improvements, any challenges, go through any test results and we will tweak the plan as required after each of these sessions.

I offer a complementary phone call to discuss your needs and to see how I can help.

Please call me on 07790 831 254 to have this free introductory phone consultation.
