NeuroExistential therapy is a therapeutic framework that combines on the one hand processes that encourage subconscious changes through PSYCH-K® processes of limiting beliefs that affect our health and wellbeing, and on the other hand existential philosophical ideas of freedom, responsibility, and authenticity.
The method is based on scientific studies that show that many of our behaviours emerge from our subconscious (reflexive behavior). Our subconscious beliefs and patterns were created and installed during childhood (when the brain is in a super learning mode), during life events, relationships, accidents, or any other experience that we had. We are not always aware of these patterns that were created in our childhood or our past, but they can govern our behaviours and attitude toward ourselves.
NeuroExistential therapy uses PSYCH-K® processes to change disruptive beliefs and patterns in our subconscious. The aim is to dissociate past events from bodily manifestation and enhance the natural healing abilities of the body's immune system. By using processes that enable us to integrate/bi-stimulate the cerebral hemispheres and change brain waves (the language of the mind), we can alter subconscious beliefs and patterns.
The session takes place online via Zoom. NeuroExistential therapy starts with 3-5 sessions in which we will together identify the desired reality from a health and emotional point of view and make the necessary changes (balances) through PSYCH-K® processes.
