Such as, depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders, couples therapy, family therapy, sexual orientation, identity, PTSD, Personality disorders, phobias, anger management, relationships. As a Person Centred therapist, I believe that you have the knowledge to navigate you lifes journey, I will be there to offer you invite and tools to assist you on your way. I work with what you bring to the session. I will hear you and support you within that moment.
I work either on line, face to face in my therapy room or walk and talk with a cosy VW camper van to sit in if the weather turns bad.
