A therapist since 2008, I first qualified as a hypnotherapist and specialised in fertility and birth hypnosis before broadening my practice to integrative counselling. I have specialist training in bereavement and am a SANDS-trained Baby Loss Counsellor.

With over 18 years' experience as a therapist, in my counselling I bring specialist training in loss/bereavement and as a SANDS Baby Loss Counsellor.

In hypnotherapy I've worked with women and couples on their fertility and birthing journeys. I also see many who are struggling with Anxiety for various different reasons, utilising a mixture of hypnosis, EFT (tapping) and NLP techniques.

My approach is pluralistic and integrative, meaning I adapt therapy to your unique needs. We will build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively to find what helps you most. This may include person-centred counselling alongside hypnotherapy, EFT, or NLP where beneficial.
