I'm Helen, a mobile massage therapist based in North Manchester. No need to go anywhere, I will come to your home or workplace to carry out my treatments. I bring everything I need so you only need to relax and enjoy the aromatic treatments I provide.

I've been a professionally qualified therapist for over twenty years. I love Aromatherapy and essential oils which is what led me to training as a therapist. I subsequently added other treatments to my skill set and am now qualified in a number of treatments. I regularly do corporate work carrying out chair based massage treatments in the workplace. I have also trained with the world renowned Christie Hospital to learn how to use massage for cancer patients I am a member of The Complementary Therapists Association and a member of the Academy of On Site Massage.

I have a particular interest in aromatherapy and a love of essential oils which I use in my treatments. I am also interested in the way our modern lifestyles affect our posture and stress levels both of which can be greatly helped by massage. Our digital world means that we are constantly looking at screens and this impacts our neck, head, shoulders and back There is nothing more satisfying than helping other people feel better after a treatment. Research has also shown that massage can be very effective in lowering stress levels and boosting the immune system, leaving you calmer, happier and more productive. I have a particular interest in dancers since my hobby is ballet. I dance regularly and I have a good understanding of the mechanics of the body as well as exercises to strengthen muscle groups.
