Rebecca is an acupuncturist with a special interest in fertility, women’s health and overall wellbeing. She offers gentle, thoughtful and personalised treatments for people at different stages of life, whether they are trying to conceive, navigating hormonal changes, experiencing stress, pain or headaches, or simply wanting to feel more balanced.

Rebecca is also the Director of Treat-Norwich, a warm and welcoming multidisciplinary clinic in Norwich. Her own experience of finding relief from headaches through acupuncture first sparked her interest in the therapy and inspired her to train, so she could help others feel more comfortable, supported and at ease in their own lives.

Rebecca’s approach is calm, supportive and client-centred. She takes time to listen, understand each person’s needs and shape treatment around what feels right for them. Your wellbeing is always at the heart of her work, and she is passionate about helping people feel cared for, reassured and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Rebecca Geanty graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine with a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture. Her training included both Five Element constitutional acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, allowing her to take an integrated approach to treatment.

This means Rebecca can draw on a broad range of acupuncture techniques to support patients with a variety of physical, mental and emotional concerns. Her approach is thoughtful, personalised and centred on understanding each person as an individual.

Rebecca holds a full acupuncture licence and works in accordance with health and safety regulations. She is also a member of the British Acupuncture Council, which means some health insurance policyholders may be able to access appointments through their health insurance plan, depending on their provider and policy.

Rebecca offers acupuncture in both private one-to-one appointments and in a multi-bed clinic setting at Treat-Norwich Health and Wellbeing Clinic, with appointments available throughout the week. She aims to create a calm, supportive and welcoming space where people feel listened to, understood and cared for. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful and tailored to each person’s individual needs.

Rebecca has a special interest in natural fertility for both women and men, supporting people who are trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted fertility treatment. She also supports people throughout pregnancy, with birth preparation, and during the postnatal period after delivery. Her work often includes supporting women through times of physical change, emotional stress, hormonal shifts and uncertainty.

Alongside fertility and pregnancy care, Rebecca works with a wide range of women’s health concerns, as well as emotional and physical wellbeing. She takes time to understand what is going on for each person, looking not only at symptoms but also at lifestyle, stress, sleep, energy and overall health. Treatment plans are created with care, and Rebecca will always work at a pace that feels right for the individual.

In 2011, Rebecca set up the Acupuncture Childbirth Team for East Anglia, known as ACT, to encourage the sharing of acupuncture knowledge and skills between practitioners and to support more natural birth techniques across the region.

Rebecca brings warmth, experience and a genuine passion for women’s health to her work. Her aim is to help people feel more supported, more informed and more at ease throughout their treatment journey.
