Gemma is a Remedial Therapist, Facial Therapist and Yoga Teacher.

She includes breath and energy work into her treatments to maximise healing in her clients. She uses a variety of techniques depending on the clients needs. Soft Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching, Electro Dry Needling, Cupping, Fascia Massage, Vibration and Deep Tissue Massage. Natural, deep cleansing, Neal's Yard and Liz Earl Facials. Hatha Yoga: slow strengthening, stretching and balancing postures. The sessions end with a guided relaxation or meditation to fully rest and restore the body.
