Phil Reed

NLP Practitioner in Milton Keynes

However challenging your current situation, I'm confident that the principals based understanding that I share can help you to quickly recover and sustain your natural resilience and well-being.

Based in Milton Keynes, my coaching is pragmatic, enjoyable, integrative, and individual, the primary purpose being to help clients recover their emotional health, resilience, and well-being so that their relationship with themselves and others, and life itself - can then improve.

Since establishing my practice in 2003, I've partnered extensively with the health & social services, criminal justice, charity, and business sectors; a diverse range of individuals, organisations, and communities - on and offline. Most of my private client work is by telephone/online, which enables me to work with clients throughout the UK and beyond.

To find out more - I offer a free 30 minute in-person or telephone consultation. (please book yours through the website link above)

I'd love to hear from you.

My Specialisms

My particular blend of principle-based resilience coaching is effective for the following -

Recovery:
from trauma including all forms of physical, mental, emotional, and sexual abuse.
PTSD, domestic violence, rape, assault, redundancy, personal or professional loss, serious illness

Relationships:
everything professional and personal

Compassion -
relating differently to yourself and others; letting go of fear, resentment, contempt, anger ...

Communication -
deep listening, impacting others

Confidence -
in innate wisdom

Resilience:
from the inside out.

We're all more resilient than we realise.
It's built-in. There's nothing to add or improve on.
This is a theme that runs through all my client work.

Children and young people - all the issues that challenge them and worry us
With extensive experience of working with families in crisis, working privately or alongside statutory and voluntary or charity services, I offer an entirely fresh approach.

Wherever possible for younger children, I like to also work with parent/foster-parents, or caregivers.

Testimonials

Eva Neale on 10/09/2016

"Phil is an excellent coach who I have known for years. He has helped me out tremendously and I can't thank him enough. "

DG on 12/09/2016

"The first time I met Phil, I noticed a positive difference in how I felt. Previously, I had problems with talking therapy as I never felt I could convey my self correctly. I felt Phil managed to gain a good understanding of my issues using non-verbal feedback. Phil also provided me with some techniques which I still use to this day, they continue to help me identify my problems and I feel better for using them."
