Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

I strongly believe that the main purpose of both a psychotherapy and a counselling process is to help people gain self-awareness.
That is often the key to make you feel more self-confident, fully in charge of your own life.
Self-awareness can help you to effectively achieve your goals and cope with difficulties, changes, crisis that you can find on your way. It can make you feel free. Free to be yourself, to be unique.

During my professional experience, I have learnt that everybody possesses the capacity to develop and improve their skills and activate hidden resources from inside in order to become a more satisfied person, a better professional and achieve personal and shared success. I have studied and worked strongly believing in this.
