Elizabeth specialises in helping each individual find the root cause of their symptoms - these may be wide ranging and long term. Also a range of tests including an IgG antibody blood test for food intolerances and many other laboratory tests may be recommended in clinic. These tests include hormone and cortisol levels, vitamin and minerals, levels, inflammation, digestive imbalances, essential fatty acids and pH balance and many more.
I am passionate about the links between foods and health. I aim to assist, by recommending dietary changes to everyone wishing to optimise their health through improved nutrition. This includes supporting clients with chronic problems. Reach your health and weight goals with a personalised nutrition programme, following evaluation of your diet and symptoms. I provide support for reaching long term goals, and this will be at an initial consultation, with possible follow up appointments, to make gradual, safe changes and optimise your health.
