Energy Transmissions & Healing

Beautiful energy work using guided meditation and a powerful but gentle energy frequency to:

Cut cords to limiting beliefs, past events, places or people, unhelpful habits and anything out of alignment with your highest good. Clear anything that doesn't serve you and fill you up with the highest light frequencies. All sessions end with protection and practices to take into your everyday life.

Hello, I'm Nicola Drew, the heart and soul behind A Free Mind. My personal experiences have shaped my dedication to helping others heal and find happiness in their lives.

After navigating through challenging life events, including the discovery of my husband's affair and the trials of being a single mother, I embarked on a spiritual journey. It was during moments of deep loss and fear, such as saying goodbye to my father and standing by my baby following his heart surgery, that I experienced deep oneness and unconditional love that ignited my path 'Home'.

Equipped with qualifications as a psychotherapist, personal and business coach, 3 Principles coach Reiki practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and Divine I AM spiritual transmission practitioner, I am committed to guiding individuals through their own transformative journeys. Drawing upon my own spiritual awakening and intuitive gifts, I offer a unique blend of therapy, energy work, and spiritual mentoring.

What sets me apart is my unwavering belief in the True Nature of my clients. I know they are not broken and that within them lies everything they need to live a happy and fulfilling life.
