Dawn McGuire
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in Glasgow

ach one of us has times in life when we feel uncertain of how to move forward. Perhaps you've noticed yourself getting stuck in unhelpful patterns or cycles of behaviour and you're finding it hard to see a way out? Or you're experiencing difficult feelings that are getting in the way of living a more fulfilled, contented life?

I work with clients to help make sense of the challenges that have brought them to therapy. I work with a wide range of issues including Low Self Confidence and low Self-Esteem, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Stress, Bereavement and many more.

After allowing time to get to know more about you and your issues, I aim to support you by using a range of interventions that will match your individual needs and which my experience tells me might be most effective for you. There is no one size fits all, we are all very different.

I know finding the right therapist can be daunting. That's why I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat where you can ask questions and most importantly, see if we click. Feeling at ease and supported in therapy is essential and this initial chat allows us to establish that foundation.
