I'm an accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with an MSc in Psychology and specialist training in High-Intensity CBT. I have extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and low self-esteem, using proven, evidence-based techniques.
