Hello, I'm Andrea, a Person-Centered Counsellor and Hypnotherapist committed to guiding my clients on a journey to self-discovery and understanding. With extensive experience in therapy, I specialise in assisting individuals dealing with Anxiety, Depression, and building Self-Esteem and Confidence. Adults who have suffered from childhood sexual abuse and children and young people who have suffered a loss, such as a Parent or Guardian, Sibling, Friend, Grandparent, Pet, moved house or school.

My therapeutic approach centers around providing a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Through Person-Centered Counseling and or Hypnotherapy, I help clients gain insights, develop coping strategies, and achieve positive behavioral changes.
