Sometimes we carry a burden that impacts our daily lives in a negative way. Zulu and I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to help you explore any of those impacts, and support you during the therapeutic process.

My service is tailor made for each client, I don't believe 'one size fits all'. I have a wide range of experience in helping clients to lead a more positive and unburdened lifestyle. I hold DBS Enhanced Clearance, Full Insurance as does Zulu), and abide rigorously to the BACP Ethical Framework. I have regular supervision to ensure continued good practice.

Zulu and I work at Brighton Wellbeing Centre, Stoford, Yeovil. I also work online with clients, through Google Meet.

I also have 10 years of experience working with young people aged 11+ that have challenges with Gender Dysphoria, Behavior Challenges, Self Harm, Low Self Esteem and Confidence and just feeling Sad.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I am an integratively trained counsellor which means I can tailor make your therapy for you, a unique individual because one size just doesn't fit all.
I offer a confidential, unjudgmental, and safe environment for every appointment. I work with you to explore your issue/issues and to support you fully, through the process.
I work face to face or online, and Zulu, my therapy dog, is present during face to face appointments offering his support too..
