I believe that everyone should have an opportunity and experience of being listened to. I'm very passionate about providing a safe space with a compassionate warmth where I will listen intently. It's amazing what can happen and how much people can grow when given the optimum conditions. Life today is so demanding and stressful that we lose sight of ourselves and how really feel. We can lose a sense of self and let ourselves guided by how others see us. It's that conflict that can cause us to experience mental ill health. I offer online or face to face to adults and young people (11-18.)
