PTSD. I also have some experience of working with Aspergers

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

Using a person centred approach I work with a number of different counselling models (integrative) to ensure the client's personality and needs are taken into consideration when determining the best approach for them. Prayer and biblical principals can be included if requested but my own beliefs will never be forced on clients. . I like to use resources where appropriate as many people find it helpful to have a something to take away with them to work with between sessions. We start with an initial assessment for background information and then the session dates are agreed. This would normally be weekly and re assessed at the end of six sessions. If further sessions are needed these will be agreed as to frequency. Sessions last for one hour. The cost is based on household income on a scale of £30-£45. Couples charge is fixed at £45 for 1.5 hrs and appointments after 5 or Sunday is fixed at £40
