In my practice, I use Psychosynthesis combined with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support clients in navigating deep emotional states and complex life challenges. While talking through issues is often a helpful start, I've found that it isn't always enough. That's where EFT comes in - it allows us to tap into both the cognitive and emotional aspects of what you're experiencing, helping to release stuck energy and shift long-held emotional patterns.

My approach is grounded in Psychosynthesis, which sees the person as a whole, integrating all aspects of yourself - from your strengths and aspirations to the parts that feel lost or overwhelmed. This combination enables us to explore your internal world and move through emotional blocks more effectively, leaving you with a sense of clarity, balance, and empowerment.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges around self-worth or relationships, I create a safe space to help you uncover the root causes and transform them in a way that leads to lasting change.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

I am a BACP registered Psychosynthesis counsellor. I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust based in London Bridge. I have a Post Graduate diploma in Psychosynthesis.

I am also an EFT and Matrix practitioner.
