I work at the intersection of embodiment, relational awareness, and systemic insight, supporting people to move from living through tension and protection toward a more grounded sense of inner alignment.
My approach integrates:
Focusing-Oriented Therapy (Eugene Gendlin method)
Systemic Constellation Work (Bert Hellinger method)
Somatic practices, including TRE and body-based awareness work
Together, these modalities help people regulate their nervous system, listen deeply to their inner experience, and gently shift long-held relational or behavioural patterns.
My work follows a natural progression:
Yoga ? Somatics ? Focusing ? Systemic Constellations
Regulation ? Felt sense ? Relational awareness ? Life movement
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I support clients to reconnect with their embodied intelligence and discover sustainable change from within.
The modalities I work with
Focusing (Eugene Gendlin Method)
Focusing is a gentle practice of turning attention toward bodily felt experience to access deeper intuitive understanding. It can be especially helpful when feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from direction. Through guided attention, clients learn to listen to subtle bodily signals that often carry insight beyond words or analysis. Focusing can be explored in ongoing one-to-one sessions or small groups, supporting long-term self-discovery and personal growth. I also teach BFA approved Focusing Skills Course for those who want to use this method in their professional life.
Systemic Constellation Work (Bert Hellinger Method)
Systemic Constellation Work explores hidden relational and family dynamics that may unconsciously shape our lives. By bringing awareness to wider systemic influences and intergenerational patterns, this approach often allows new perspectives and emotional resolution to emerge. Constellation work can take place in groups (with participant representation) or in individual sessions using a constellation board or figurines. Even observing a constellation can be deeply impactful.
Somatics & TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
Somatic work and TRE address patterns of physical and emotional contraction held in the body, often related to stress or protective survival responses such as fight, flight, or freeze. Sessions combine gentle exercises, exploration of neurogenic tremoring, and integration practices that support nervous system regulation, greater resilience, and a renewed sense of ease in everyday life.
My approach to therapy and personal development sits within a wider arc of embodiment, a way of working that brings together inner regulation, embodied listening, and relational or systemic awareness in one coherent field.
Rather than viewing mind, body, and relationships as separate, I see them as interconnected aspects of how we experience life. Emotional patterns, protective responses, and recurring relational dynamics are often held physically, psychologically, and systemically — including through transgenerational influences. By working through the body alongside awareness, reflection, and a wider understanding of our lives within a broader arc of time, we create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
My work follows a natural progression:
Yoga ? Somatics ? Focusing ? Systemic Constellations
Nervous system ? Felt sense ? Relational field ? Life movement
This reflects a gentle journey — from regulation and safety in the body, toward deeper insight, and eventually toward shifts in how we relate to ourselves and others.
I help people slow down enough to hear themselves and trust what they find there. Whether through movement, somatic inquiry, focusing, or constellation work, these are simply different expressions of one intention: supporting people to move from living through tension and protection toward living from felt alignment.
