Approach to Therapy & How I Work

Working integratively and holistically, grounded in the humanistic approach which focus on the human potential for creativity, love, growth, fulfilment and psychological health, I attend to my clients' whole experience and consider the processes of thinking, feeling and behaviour equally important.

My aim is to help my clients to gain greater insights about themselves, their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, past and present relationships and life experiences. I commit to help them making sense of their circumstances, identifying choices for change and supporting them during the process of change, or simply supporting them through their self-development journey.

I do not routinely give advice, though I may suggest a different way of seeing something or suggest some practical ways of coping with specific issues or situations.
