Approach to Counselling & How I Work

What I offer
I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Supervision online so you can be in the comfort of your own home. In this secure and confidential setting (for limitations to confidentiality, please visit FAQ), you are welcome to talk about whatever issues may be troubling you: whether that is anxiety, depression, repeating patterns of behaviour, problems in relationships, loss, long term emotional difficulties, traumatic experience or a lack of fulfilment or sense of meaning in life.

I believe that everyone is an individual, and for that reason, during our first session, we will discuss your needs and agree to the contract that will be the most suitable for you at that time.

I offer:

Short term Psychotherapy and Counselling contracts that focus on specific situation or issue. This could be just a one-off session to up to fifteen session contract. Towards the end of the contract, you can always review your needs and decide if you would like to continue.

Long term, open-ended Psychotherapy contract - we will review your needs once a year at the agreed time. Long term Psychotherapy is more suitable if you would like to work on an in-depth level or with long-standing difficulties.

Group therapy - a small, up to six members group that offers space for reflection, sharing and learning from each other.

Supervision for therapists and professionals, working with people who experience emotional distress.

Training for counsellors and supervisors. For more information about training that I can offer, visit here
