Approach to Counselling & How I Work

At my practice, I offer Gestalt therapy - a holistic, humanistic approach that focuses on your present experiences, thoughts and feelings. Rather than overanalysing your past, I will help you understand how your history influences your current life.

We will look at you as a whole person, deeply interconnected with your environment and relationships. Our sessions will be focused in the present moment, exploring how you relate to situations and others. This can help you find a new, positive perspective on problems and bring about changes in your life.

I will provide a non-judgmental space in which you can express even your most intense or "unacceptable" emotions like rage, envy or shame. I won't impose an agenda on you, I maintain an open approach, staying curious about who you are, allowing you to fully process your experiences free from criticism.
