Approach to Counselling & How I Work

My therapy room is your space to explore what you need to. I will regularly review with you to ensure you feel on the right track and getting what you need from the therapy. I will seek to build a space and a relationship in which you feel comfortable sharing and being honest, and valued enough that you can be challenged.
