I work in a person centred approach.
This enables you to talk in a safe space at your own pace and be listened to without judgement.
Any thoughts and feelings you are having, that you need to express, I am here to listen.
My aim being to help you find from within yourself a more balanced place and to move forward with positivity.

My fees are- £30 for the 1st initial consultation & £45 thereafter for subsequent sessions Each session being 1 hour.
