I work from an integrative, holistic perspective, supporting young people and adults from age 11 onwards. My approach considers the whole person — emotional, psychological, and relational — rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy is tailored to each individual and their unique experiences.
I am a person-centred therapist and integrate a range of approaches depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), creative therapy techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and holistic approaches. This flexibility allows our work to adapt as your understanding and needs evolve, rather than following a fixed model.
In our first session, we will gently explore what has brought you to therapy, alongside your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and any patterns you may be noticing. Together, we will begin to identify areas for change and ways to support you in moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, grief and loss, health anxiety, female health concerns, and male self-esteem issues. I support clients at different stages of life and tailor therapy to your individual experiences and goals.
