Counsellor in Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Are you experiencing feelings that are new to you and you're not quite sure what's going on, or have you been experiencing the same feelings or getting stuck in a cycle of behavour that you just can't seem to break free of?

You might find you're experiencing thoughts such as "Why is it always me?" "What now?" "It's all my fault." "I need help but I don't know where to start." If so, therapy could be just the step to take for you to be able to start quietening these thoughts.

Whatever it may be that you need help with (Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma etc.) I can sit with you in a safe and welcoming space whilst we explore these thoughts, feelings and behaviours helping you to look for potential route causes to your current suffering.

If that sounds like you then please don't hesitate to get in touch, I offer a free 15 minute introductory phonecall - not only for me to hear about what it is that's led you to wanting therapy but also for you to see if I'm the right fit for you. Just simply drop me a message to arrange.
