Background & Counselling Qualifications

I am a registered Counsellor and Coach with a Bachelor Degree from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.

I hold pre-accreditation with Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) in Ireland and an Executive Membership with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Through my training, I was able to work with men and women which I enjoyed both for different reasons. However, the process working with the women was truly extraordinary and I quickly realised this was a space I was made to be in.

I then trained as a Women's Circle Facilitator at the end of 2021 to gain further ways to support women on a community level.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I will gently ask you questions and give you space to talk about what is happening for you. Then we work together to find ways of bringing you back into balance. In our sessions together I use an integrative coaching or counselling approach which means I tailor the sessions to meet your needs. This can look different for each client and even each session.
Then, if applicable, I can offer different strategies or tools to support you in your everyday life outside of the sessions. Plus, all throughout our time together I set a safe space with your wellbeing at the heart of what we do. You do not need to walk this part of your journey alone, let us walk this path together.
